1. Dissemination of results

The dissemination strategy of the project will include three main stages, which require different dissemination tools. 

(1) Initial dissemination phase for spreading the information about the new initiatives: The project involves to the development of Master Programme stakeholders, students, academic staff in order to develop in the most effective way M.Sc. Necessary tools: (a) brochures and illustrative material. The information will reach the Universities involved in the project INSPIRE, so that each of them could start contacting all interested persons. (b) A website will be set up from the first phases of the project. The website will host a forum for discussion among partners, and links to all websites of partner institutions and to the relevant sites of the EC. A newsletter will be periodically issued with the contribution of all partners to be posted on the site with updating of the project progress and communication about parallel activities taking place in the partner Institutions. (c) Other dissemination tools: Public events .Seminars, primarily focus on persons, who want to study INSPIRE program, Events, Presentations at Open Doors days organized annually at Universities, Employers Exhibitions organized annually at Universities. (2) Intermediate dissemination phase for spreading information about the progress of the initiative: Innovative ideas of the project need to be highlighted for potential new adopters of the M.Sc. I.e.: study program, EU-PC cooperation with possibility to study in PC and EU with course recognition and double diploma degree, modernized learning tools, enhancement of employability, etc.

Necessary tools: (a) modern Master Programme (b) Other dissemination tools: to involve other universities and stakeholders: administrations, local authorities, companies interested in the personnel trained. Publication materials about INSPIRE program. PC Universities will be engaged locally in spreading information to students, academic staff, administrators, by organizing events, seminars, or lectures to illustrate the new approach to Engineering teaching. 

Final dissemination phase for spreading information about the results of the project's aim (achieving sustainability in following years): syllabi, courses, material, methodology, success stories, possibility to adapt the project's idea to other study programs. Necessary tools: (a) Open Events at PC; (b) Also the articles will be published in the leading academic Journals of PC Universities, for better information distribution among community. During the third year of the project VSU is responsible for dissemination activity 

2. NSPIRE dissemination strategy 

The dissemination and exploitation of project results are fundamental components of thewholestrategydevisedbyINSPIREandwilltakeplaceduringtheentire project’slife.TheLead Partnerswill promotethedissemination activities and all partners will actively contribute. Dissemination plan is dedicated to develop an effectivedisseminationtoacademic society andpublic atlargeandinvolveallthe partners. 

Disseminationactivitiesandexploitationoftheresultsoftheprojectwillbe implementedthroughwell-targetedmechanisms.Three maindisseminationlines willbeapplied:(1)Internetcommunication;(2)Publications;(3)Eventsand Trainings.Theconsortiumwillregularlypublishnewsreleases andprovideupdated informationontheprojectinordertoensuremedia attention.Eachpartneris committed to produce news releases about the results of, or activities related to, each case study. All press releases will be published on the project website.

I. Internet communication

Website

The INSPIRE project site is a modern solution from both a technical and a design point of view. The site contains components for integration with search engines. The search engine optimization strategy includes marketing in social networks that support the project. The emphasis on design and search optimization is not accidental. The selected solutions allow us to reach the largest possible youth audience, which directly affects the sustainable development of the project in the future, after the end of funding. All materials of the site are translated into three languages: English, Russian and Chinese, which is very important for each of the regions in terms of attracting the audience.A very important aspect of the site is its regular updating of information on the progress of the project. This is paid a lot of attention, the site contains information about all the activities of the project, past and coming, as well as photo and video materials that are constantly updated.

On the main page of the site contains the following information blocks: Event schedule, News, Gallery, Motivating video, as well as the sections of the site described below. The site contains the following sections:

Each of the sections performs a specific function.

The section "Welcome" provides the first acquaintance with the project, puts emphasis, designed to keep the user's interest of the site as long as possible. The section outlines the main aspects of the project, its advantages and features. The length of the text is chosen so that it can be read quickly.

The section "About" contains a more detailed description of the very idea of ​​the project, the advantages of locating the main partners in terms of concentrating the production capacities of large industrial enterprises.

The "Partners" section is one of the largest. The materials in this section describe each partner. The partners were not chosen by chance. Each of the partners has the experience of participating in international projects and the experience of developing educational programs, taking into account the requirements of national ministries regulating the implementation of legislation in the field of education and foreign agencies. All partner universities have experience in developing and creating programs of included training and double diploma programs. Each of the partners has close ties with the large industrial enterprises of its region. Differences in the directions of partner enterprises ensure the specialization of each partner institution in terms of creating and implementing current educational programs. This allows you to make the master's program the most balanced. All this is outlined in the materials section "Partners".

Section "Future" is devoted to one of the important aspects of the project - the future. The section describes the main steps of the sustainable development strategy of the project.

Google-disc

The folder INSPIRE on google disc was created and bought a space to keep materials up to 100 Gb. All Partners has an access to folder which allows all PP to view, edit, and download files referencing to project!

Social –media groups in VK, Facebook, WEChat, WhatsUp.

Social media has become the younger generations’ primary means of interacting with the world. Unsurprisingly, they’re also actively applying their love for social to their post-secondary lives—using it to inform everything from their school selection to course choices. For Universities willing to provide its bachelor and master programs, attention to this shift is critical.

In INSPIRE projects group in Facebook has been developed to reach the English speaking audience. The group in VK was created. VK is a Russian-based online social media and social networking service. It is available in several languages but it is especially popular among Russian-speaking users. VK allows users to message each other publicly or privately, to create groups, public pages and events, share and tag images, audio and video, and to play browser-based games. As of March 2018, VK had at least 477 million accounts. It is the most popular website in Russia.

II. Publications

III. Events and Trainings 

The third dissemination line will cover participation in meetings, workshops and conferences, presentations of project results, establish ment of networks, direct contacts with other researchers, policy-makers, local authorities, stakeholders, etc.

3. Exploitation and sustainability

INSPIRE partners, after the conclusions of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees conference, perceive exploitation not only in terms of funding, but primarily as an obligation for all participants to share their experiences and to create new areas of application. The project partners are ambitious for inclusion in the Erasmus best practice list.

In according with the sustainability handbook, guide books for achieving the maximum resultative project and conclusions of different guidelines the project partners should achieve following results during sustainability and exploitation:

  1. Design a project aiming to develop sustainable cooperation through networks that can continue beyond the project duration. The project should explore cooperation at different levels (individual, academic, administrative and institutional);
  2. Encourage long-term mobility of students, academic and administrative staff, to help build strong links and mutual-trust amongst partners, essential to long-lasting cooperation;
  3. Seek out institutional support of all partners and involve them in all aspects of the project to ensure shared ownership and commitment to project continuity and impact beyond EC funding.

Due to these theses INSPIRE sustainability plan is based on the key outcomes of the project, each one corresponding to the above-mentioned criteria, which encompass a range of sustainability strategies, such as integration, implementation of results, cooperation, innovation and continuous modernization. The plan of sustainability and exploitation includes three strategy components according main statements. Descriptions of each component gives in the following parts.

1. Developing cooperation

The main aim of the cooperation in future is to find out different ways to build a collaboration. It is very important to create connection among of participants on several levels: individual, academic, administrative and institutional.

On individual level the best way to achieve the success is to have good team. In INSPIRE project we have very good team. Each university’s team has unique abilities for the project: leadership in the field of the project, big experience in EU funding programs, the personal interest be the part of creating new educational product, personal qualities.

The second level is academic and has two sublevels. On the first one – regional – due to conclusion of all participants on several seminars and workshops Chinese and Russian participants decide to build up network master degree program based on INSPIRE competence model. This step is necessary for collaboration among universities to achieve the best result for students. The best practices of participants’ industrial partners can significantly spread abilities and knowledges basement of each student. Moreover, students will have an opportunity to complete the internship in the most relevant their own specialization. National ministry of Russia encourages network master programs and joint degree master programs and subsidizes development of them. The second sublevel is dialing with involving students for studying on the joint degree master program at European universities. The first arrangements were achieved already.

Administrative and institutionallevels are described already in another part of the project – Guidelines for teaching content harmonization.

2. Long-term mobility of students, academic and administrative staff

Russian participants are preparing the agreement for long-term mobility for students and academic staff among Russian participants. Each Russian participant is working on the same agreements with one of the European participant due to the simplest harmonization among the education programs for the master’s degree students. As the result students will have an ability to get the double diploma – one diploma from Russian university and one diploma of the European university. Administrative staff of participants have been working on different projects during the last 5 years.

3. Institutional support

In the coming years the team of the INSIPRE project decided to seek funding from the national resources (ministries, government, local budgets, private investors, etc.) and EU programs, e. g. KA1.
